About the Role
Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive, academic health system in central New York and a major teaching affiliate of Columbia University, seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for the Department of General Surgery - Division of Bariatric Surgery.
Responsibilities
- First assist in large cases in the OR requiring a second clinician
- Provide outpatient clinic coverage
- Participate in call coverage
Requirements
- Extensive surgical and inpatient hospital experience
- National Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- New York medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
- BLS Certification
- DEA Required

Salary/Compensations
- $123,000 - $140,000
