About the Role
Audacy's Podcast division is seeking a Coordinator, Podcast Revenue Partnerships to support both the talent and revenue sides of the business. This role involves working with podcast partners on revenue opportunities, managing brand deal communications, and facilitating advertising integrations. It also requires collaboration with the sales team on custom advertising solutions and outreach for brand pitches, playing a key part in the branded content workflow from media plan review to sponsored content approval.
Responsibilities
- Become the subject matter expert for all Audacy partner podcasts and lead/liaison between podcast partner shows and the sales department.
- Represent the Audacy slate in sales meetings by contributing ideas for branded segments, presenting sponsorships, and other advertising integrations, considering talent brand affinities, creative preferences, and show structure.
- Act as an extension of Audacy’s partner teams by keeping them updated on pitch progress, industry trends, and attending recurring partner meetings.
- Communicate show updates regarding scheduling, content, availability, and other revenue-relevant information to internal teams (sales/marketing/finance/etc.).
- Collaborate with the Partner Management team on post-sales workflow, new partner onboarding, and developing/presenting monthly show-specific reports.
- Utilize systems and platforms such as Tableau, Google Slides and Sheets, Salesforce, and other research tools.
- Monitor relevant news, current events, press, and brand deals across the digital media industry and relay information to internal teams.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a digital, podcast, or media environment (including internships).
- Additional work experience in sales or advertising is a plus.
- A passion for podcasts and an eagerness to learn more about the space.
- Strong creativity, writing, and presentation skills.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing.
- Must be a team player with the ability to collaborate on projects and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Superior organization, project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interact with different levels of talent, agents, internal management, and leadership.
