About the Role

The E-commerce Lister is responsible for creating online product listings that meet department standards while achieving daily production and revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Inspect items to determine key details and identify flaws.
• Photograph items to clearly communicate details to potential customers.
• Write clear, concise, and accurate item listings.
• Research products to provide robust descriptions.
• Assign products to relevant inventory locations.
• Meet daily department production goals.
• Develop personal product knowledge to improve efficiency.
• Adhere to established quality standards for descriptions and photography.
• Respond promptly to customer service requests.
• Cross-train and assist in other store operations as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Provide exceptional customer service to donors and customers.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
• Keep the work environment clean, safe, and organized.
• Comply with all company policies and report illegal activities.

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task to meet production quotas.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, and twist for eight hours.
• Must pass a post-offer background check.

Skills

• Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher.
• Proficiency with Windows PC and operating systems.
• Online research skills for identifying collectibles.
