About the Role
Seeking a Digital Graphic Designer with approximately 3+ years of experience to produce and execute creative assets for various channels including digital, print, and social media. This role focuses on bringing creative visions to life with high-quality designs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the creative team to execute design concepts across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
- Create high-quality assets for marketing campaigns, including email, web, paid ads, organic social media content, PR, and experiential assets
- Edit and prepare files for production, ensuring that all assets are formatted correctly for various platforms and print requirements
- Work closely with project managers, marketing and ecommerce teams to understand design needs and timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met
- Maintain organized files and manage design assets within the company’s digital asset management system
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the brand’s visual presence
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a beauty or lifestyle brand
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of detail and creativity
- Experience with both digital and print design, including preparing files for various production methods
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- A passion for beauty, design, and keeping up with current design trends
- A portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design work, including digital and print projects
- Knowledge of motion graphics is a plus
