About the Role
The Digital Workplace Engineering Manager is responsible for the design, engineering, implementation, and maintenance of the Digital Workplace Estate including Citrix, Cloud PCs, and Thin Clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient digital workspace experience. This role is critical in enabling remote and flexible work arrangements by providing reliable access to our digital resources.

Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC, and Citrix Endpoint Management.
- Experience with Citrix Cloud services and hybrid cloud deployments.
- Familiarity with networking principles and protocols relevant to Citrix environments.
- Proficiency in automation and scripting to streamline Citrix platform operations.
- Understanding of user experience design and management in a digital workspace context.
- Strong technical expertise in Citrix technologies and digital workspace solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Confident people manager, able to lead through pace, ambiguity and competing operational priorities.
- Experience with management of an M365 platform is a bonus.
