About the Role

This entry-level role is designed for curious, analytical, and motivated individuals seeking to build a long-term career in technology, reporting, and data analysis. You will gain foundational capability in system reporting, data modeling, and UI development across enterprise platforms, primarily Workday, through structured delivery, mentoring, and hands-on project exposure within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of reports, dashboards, and UI solutions across enterprise systems.
• Assist in translating business requirements into basic reporting outputs with guidance from senior team members.
• Develop understanding of data models, reporting logic, and user experience design principles.
• Participate in agile delivery (sprint ceremonies, demos, feedback cycles).
• Contribute to testing, validation, and documentation of reporting outputs.
• Support system upgrades, regression testing, and enhancements.
• Build knowledge of governance, security, and access controls.
