About the Role
As part of the Transformation business unit, you will advise national and international companies in the healthcare sector, particularly German hospitals. You will manage projects related to strategy, planning, profitability, organization, restructuring, and transactions. You will also actively shape strategies, sales, and processes, taking on leadership and project responsibility while developing your team.
Responsibilities
- Advise national and international companies in the healthcare sector, particularly German hospitals.
- Manage projects from analysis to conception and implementation.
- Lead projects in strategy, planning, profitability, organization, restructuring, and transactions.
- Advise clients on market, competition, services, structures, processes, systems, and finances.
- Actively shape strategies, sales, and processes.
- Take on leadership and project responsibility.
- Develop your team both professionally and personally.
- Motivate your team to achieve outstanding performance.
- Help organizations fundamentally change their work and way of working to secure their place in the future.
- Advise and support federal, state, and local governments, public companies, universities, and non-profit associations on topics such as digitalization, energy transition, mobility, or demographic change.
Requirements
- Completed studies in business administration with a focus on hospital management, health economics, finance, and controlling, or a comparable field of study.
- At least five years of experience in consulting and/or a hospital environment.
- Ideally, completed medical or nursing training.
- Enthusiasm for solving complex issues and systematic project management.
- Desire to actively shape the necessary transformation processes of the industry.
- Skilled communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Willingness to share knowledge and experience with the team.
