About the Role
This role offers a great opportunity to join a fast-growing team supporting leading financial institutions. As an Analyst, you will gain experience in a fast-paced environment with provided support and training, working on projects within Delta Capita’s Post Trade Services team. This role provides exposure to various areas of the Financial Services Industry through project rotations across different departments and clients, making it an exciting opportunity for career starters.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the client is set up to trade with relevant and accurate data matched with signed agreements.
- Investigate and resolve breaks impacting regulatory reporting.
- Monitor trades and collaborate with the desk to ensure downstream trade flow.
- Respond to client queries.
- Handle day-to-day tasks including client-related queries, trade settlements, and booking of conversion trades/transfers.
- Liaise with external and internal stakeholders such as the settlement, asset servicing, and conversion teams.
Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor's degree within a Finance or Banking-related field.
- Internship experience within Finance or Banking.
- Passionate about solving complex problems.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of Excel.
- Articulate, collaborative, and effective communication skills.
- Self-motivated with high levels of resilience, enthusiasm, and drive for success.
- Committed and not afraid of new challenges.
- Enjoy changing environments that provide multiple learning opportunities.
- Valid work authorization for the US is mandatory.
