About the Role

Roto-Rooter is seeking Field Sales Representatives for our Excavation department. This role offers an opportunity for sales professionals to pursue pre-qualified leads, providing unlimited earnings with an average of $80,000-$100,000 per year plus mileage reimbursement. The position includes a weekly base pay plus commission, all leads provided (no cold calls), flexible work schedules, and top industry benefits.

Responsibilities

Identify and sell sewer line repair and replacement solutions for residential and commercial properties.
Conduct camera assessments of sewer lines to determine the need for repair or replacement.
Engage in proactive follow-up communication with existing customers to deliver effective solutions.
Provide competitive quotes for repair/replacement options and effectively close sales using the established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines.
Serve as a trusted information resource for customers.

Requirements

Possess a valid driver’s license and pass an acceptable background check.
Demonstrate exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
Proficiency in using handheld telecommunication devices and commercial software packages like Word and Excel.
Familiarity with Roto-Rooter computer systems.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Organized self-starter with an outgoing personality.
Outside sales experience in in-home services preferred; all outside sales backgrounds will be evaluated.
