About the Role

Roto-Rooter is seeking Field Sales Representatives for their Water Restoration department. This role involves pursuing sales opportunities and qualified leads, assessing properties for water damage, and providing solutions to residential and commercial clients. The position offers unlimited earning potential with an average of $80,000-$100,000 per year, mileage reimbursement, flexible schedules, and top industry benefits.

Responsibilities

Identify and sell opportunities to mitigate property damage caused by water in the residential and commercial market.
Perform assessments of property to determine moisture levels and the need for demolition and drying.
Engage in proactive follow-up communication with existing customers for plumbing or water-related issues.
Provide competitive quotes using the established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines.
Act as a trusted information resource for customers.

Requirements

Possess a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.
Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Knowledge of Water Restoration practices is required.
Organized self-starter with an outgoing personality.
Working knowledge of common software programs (e.g., Word, Excel).
Previous experience with outside sales of in-home services is strongly desired.
Maintain IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD) certification.
Medically cleared to wear a respirator and complete a respirator fit test.
