About the Role

Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and delivery personnel. You will help support an orderly environment while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, parking lots, trailer yards, entrances, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers in accordance with site requirements.
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities in required reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
