About the Role

As a Front Desk Security Professional in a commercial real estate location, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badge processes, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service. Your visible, professional presence will help to deter security-related incidents while supporting a welcoming environment. Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
  • Serve as a professional front desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests according to site procedures.
  • Monitor building access points, visitor activity, alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems; report unusual activity or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
  • Respond to incidents, tenant requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while supporting a welcoming and orderly lobby environment.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
