  • Monitor and manage global O2C communication channels and handle global inquiries in coordination with the Head of O2C.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for necessary changes in O2C tools, obtain approvals, and communicate adjustments.
  • Act as a point of contact for upcoming transitions (e.g., M&A, introduction of new tools/processes) to ensure requirements are met and aligned.
  • Serve as a contact person for local requirements and negotiate with local co-determination bodies, including obtaining approvals.
  • Manage escalations, acting as the first point of escalation for issues with O2C policies/processes, and assist in resolving conflicts and advising on special cases.
  • Coordinate complex tasks such as mass changes and role changes for project teams.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of training materials and conduct training sessions (in collaboration with O2C Academy), managing and updating content on global platforms.
  • Provide expert knowledge on O2C policies, processes, and tools.
  • Approve requests (e.g., Sold-to Setups, Project/WBS Codes, Credit and Billing Inquiries) in compliance with audit requirements.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators for global policy compliance.
  • Identify optimization potential in collaboration with relevant stakeholders (e.g., Compliance) and develop improvement concepts in consultation with the Head of O2C.
  • Act as an interface with external service providers, ensure O2C compliance, and support audits.
