About the Role

Support Associated Medical Professionals clinic(s) by providing exceptional leadership in clinical and clerical operations, aligning with the company vision of delivering excellent and effective urologic care.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the COO to ensure optimal patient care and efficient patient flow.
  • Lead a team through staffing and leadership.
  • Plan and prioritize workflow to maximize efficiency and quality of operations.
  • Interact with physicians, COO, and People Operations to implement action plans.
  • Create policies and procedures for continuous improvement.
  • Work with People Operations to ensure proper staffing for efficient operations.
  • Coordinate training for newly hired clerical and clinical staff.
  • Communicate realistic expectations to staff and monitor progress with Team Leaders.
  • Analyze patient needs and practice objectives with employee competencies to optimize staff utilization.
  • Create and maintain patient templates for proper physician scheduling.
  • Work with the Revenue Cycle to ensure accurate patient financial data during check-in/check-out.
  • Approve office staff work schedules, PTO requests, and payroll timesheets.
  • Process employee performance reviews in a timely manner.
  • Delegate ordering and tracking of office supplies and maintenance of storage areas.
  • Create communications and spreadsheets as requested by leadership.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and leaders regarding daily operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Preferred NYS LPN/ RN licensure
  • Minimum of five (5) years of related experience
  • Minimum of five (5) in Leadership role
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Thorough knowledge in computer information systems.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
