About the Role

Join NVIDIA's Ethernet Switch Networking Development team in Austin to lead and contribute to Networking Switch SDK Verification. This role involves developing and improving software quality, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the evolution of CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and optimization of software, tools, and libraries for OS verification infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with hardware, firmware, DevOps, and software teams.
  • Develop new test suites for network protocols, including pre and post silicon tests.
  • Develop performance indicators and benchmarks to evaluate software performance.
  • Build dashboards and reports for regression analysis and degradation detection.
  • Transform and improve existing automation workflows for rapid software release deployment.
  • Drive the future evolution of CI/CD pipelines using AI agents and the latest toolsets/models.
  • Guide code reviews and architecture discussions, defining standard methodologies for verification excellence.
  • Coordinate projects across worldwide verification teams.
  • Mentor and serve as a role-model for junior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science / Software / Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years in developing software for Network validation and verification.
  • Expert level Python skills.
  • Experience with large-scale verification or automation frameworks.
  • Strong networking background (L2 / L3 / L4).
  • Proven Linux knowledge.
  • Experience with CI/CD & DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Gerrit, Docker).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
