About the Role
Spearhead the evolution of our digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence. Lead the delivery of complex financial crime change initiatives, driving transformation across processes, technology and operating models. Work across business, operations and technology teams to manage programme dependencies, shape delivery strategies, and ensure change is implemented effectively and sustainably. Your leadership will be critical in aligning stakeholders, managing risks, and delivering strategic outcomes that strengthen Barclays’ financial crime capabilities and regulatory compliance framework.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Extensive project planning and delivery experience across regulatory or compliance programmes, ideally in financial crime
- Risk and issue management expertise with the ability to navigate regulatory scrutiny and tight timelines
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication across compliance, technology and operations teams
