About the Role

Capital One Business Travel (COBT) is seeking a Marketing Senior Analyst to develop and execute a performance-driven marketing strategy. This role will focus on driving cardmember engagement and spend growth on the platform through various marketing initiatives, with a particular emphasis on understanding and engaging Field-managed customers. The position also involves people leadership for 1-2 analysts.

Responsibilities

  • Identify messaging/design target strategy by partnering with the insights team to understand the target audience and validate product positioning.
  • Support the development of Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy by building an end-to-end view of COBT’s marketing strategy, including customer journeys, segmentation, channel strategy, positioning, and key messaging.
  • Conduct channel performance analytics to assess ROI of different channels and develop perspectives on COBT’s GTM strategy.
  • Lead triggered messaging campaigns and holistic strategy across different customer journeys and segments.
  • Partner with COBT Marketing teams to refine COBT positioning and customer-facing claims.
  • Support COBT marketing partners in execution and performance analysis of specific campaigns.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for Card, Field, and Marketing teams to champion marketing goals and increase product usage.
  • Conduct external analysis to understand competitor product and messaging strategies and build strategies for market success.
  • Partner with the Sponsorships team to develop and execute a high-impact conference and industry event strategy.
  • Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success.
  • Manage and develop 1-2 analysts, coaching and mentoring associates to develop and retain talent.
  • Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for various lending products.
  • Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for select products and strategic intent for products distributed through the retail channel.
  • Build targeted insights to inform the design and development of new customer experiences, technology, and concepts.
  • Drive improvements in credit performance by connecting drivers of future consumer credit trends to historical behavior, creating risk models, and testing hypotheses.
  • Manage and sequence delivery of business intent, build business requirements, and execute against the product strategy.
  • Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently.
  • Work closely with colleagues across Capital One including IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance to drive improvements in quality, volume, service, and profitability.

Salary/Compensations

  • McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100
  • New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100
  • Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000
