About the Role
The Campaign & Demand-Generation Manager serves as a strategic execution leader responsible for bridging the gap between market engagement and commercial opportunities. In this role, you will act as a creative, data-driven storyteller, designing and scaling robust demand-generation frameworks that turn digital promotions, external partnerships, and multi-channel campaigns into measurable pipeline growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategic development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and digital initiatives to showcase the value and impact of the collective life science portfolio.
- Monitor campaign-generated lead quality and collaborate with marketing operations to continuously optimize conversion rates and traceable commercial funnel growth.
- Lead multi-channel partner scouting, performance tracking, and content strategy/creation (including eChannels and LinkedIn) to build a cohesive promotional ecosystem.
- Drive collaboration across operating company stakeholders, the Marketing Operations Manager, copywriting, sales, and digital services teams to align promotional strategies and accelerate standardized workflow adoption.
- Capture Voice of Customer (VOC) and market research insights to align product messaging, design digital experience strategies, and optimize website deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field with 7+ years of progressive experience, or a Master’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of progressive experience, in B2B demand generation, performance/digital marketing, or campaign management.
- Proven experience designing and executing integrated B2B campaigns that span the full buyer’s journey.
- Track record as a results-oriented, data-driven storyteller with a passion for creative, customer-centric marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-channel initiatives, commercial AI adoption and coordinate digital content ecosystems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across diverse operating groups.
