About the Role

Responsibilities

• Perform regular assessments of manufacturing areas to ensure compliance with GMPs, SOPs, and quality/safety standards, addressing observations promptly.
• Train employees on efficient job functions per SOP and evaluate training verification.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for production processes, conducting ongoing process evaluations like time studies and run-at-rate studies.
• Develop manufacturing and processing procedures, set machine controls, oversee production, and inspect processes.
• Provide immediate direction for potential product quality issues, including initial assessment, impact determination, containment, corrective actions, and escalation.
• Actively participate in manufacturing process investigations and the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions.
• Make machine adjustments to resolve line issues and support maintenance in minor troubleshooting.
• Perform SPC checks as per procedure.
• Participate in the change-over process, including assembly and disassembly, to meet established time standards.

Requirements

• Completion of a college diploma in a related technical program.
• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
