About the Role
RB Holdings is seeking a Maître D to join the team at Loulou’s Nightclub, located at 5 Hertford Street. This role is crucial in creating a seamless and memorable member experience within a luxury hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Create a seamless and memorable member experience, anticipating needs and delivering attentive, personalized service.
- Manage reservations, table allocations, seating plans, and waitlists to maximize capacity.
- Build strong relationships with members, maintaining guest preferences and profiles to enhance service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve feedback or concerns professionally, collaborating with service and kitchen teams.
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation, compliance, and hospitality, ensuring restaurant and lounge areas reflect luxury standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Maître d’ or similar role within a luxury hospitality or fine dining environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest relationship skills.
- Highly organised, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and knowledge of service standards and reservation systems.
