About the Role
Working in the CAO office on business management and change management initiatives, this role supports the firm's strategic objectives and operational effectiveness. It offers an opportunity to identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Support the CAO and CoS in delivering objectives through decision support, messaging, stakeholder management, and change delivery.
- Manage business operations including commercial contracts, vendor strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Address business challenges via data analysis, modeling, and business process reengineering.
- Oversee departmental management, including town halls, offsites, and initiatives focused on departmental effectiveness.
- Produce necessary materials for committees and stakeholder groups on behalf of the business unit.
- Manage cross-business unit change initiatives, including regulatory changes and AI transformation.
- Support direct CAO Office responsibilities such as Man's Insurance program and Corporate Sustainability.
Requirements
- 4+ years of applicable work experience.
- Strong analytical and technical capability.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Effective communication skills for senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized self-starter capable of managing time across multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and concise interaction with internal and external partners.
