About the Role

As a 2027 Global Investment Banking Full-time Associate, you will analyze market data, build financial models, and prepare client presentations for mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and capital markets advisory. You will manage client transactions from pitch to close under the guidance of senior leaders, and come up with innovative solutions to complex business challenges. This program offers hands-on experience with extensive training, including four weeks with leaders and top consultants, pre-training coursework, and dedicated Series 79 and 63 preparation.

Requirements

Excellent analytical, quantitative and communication skills

Highly adaptable, flexible and resilient
Knowing your way around Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Fluency in English
Attend college/university in the U.S.
Pursuing an MBA degree with an expected graduation date of December 2026 – June 2027
