About the Role
You will work on complex projects, analyzing systems and processes to bring structure to chaos. You will leverage AI to work more dynamically and efficiently, focusing on solving challenging client problems with substance rather than buzzwords. Responsibilities
- Analyze, structure, and record existing business processes for clients
- Identify weaknesses, dependencies, and optimization potential
- Model processes using structured formats like BPMN
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and decision bases
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and development teams
- Understand IT systems, data flows, and technical frameworks
- Support the evaluation of solution options and target architectures
- Plan, conduct, and follow up on remote and on-site client workshops
- Moderate discussions with diverse stakeholders
- Document results, decisions, and open points
- Build and maintain trusting client relationships
- Prepare complex content for presentations, decision papers, and whitepapers
- Create clear, consistent documentation for management and departments
- Actively use and integrate AI tools into daily workflows for analysis, structuring, and documentation
Requirements
- Several years of experience in consulting or a consulting-related role
- Proven experience in process recording and structuring
- Work experience in an IT environment with an understanding of technical contexts
- Routine in using structured modeling methods like BPMN
- Practical experience using AI tools in daily work
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
- Self-initiative, implementation strength, and a structured working style
- Very good communication skills in German and English
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the DACH region
- Ability to work from the office in Berlin or Kamp-Lintfort approximately twice a week
