About the Role

As a leading global financial services company, BNY influences nearly 20% of the world's investible assets. Our teams use cutting-edge AI and technologies to drive transformative solutions. We are seeking an SVP, Pricing/Data/Deal Modelling & Analytics to join our Asset Servicing Pricing Team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop pricing frameworks, approval processes, and escalation models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate analytical requirements into commercial insights.
  • Partner with product teams to establish pricing benchmarks and guard rails.
  • Support the costing and implementation of new services into pricing models and fee schedules.
  • Maintain strong data hygiene for management information and KPIs.
  • Lead initiatives to modernize business-as-usual processes through AI and data science, including task automation, workflow optimization, and MLOps for model lifecycle management.

Requirements

  • High attention to detail with a desire to pursue knowledge and understanding.
  • Structured approach to work.
  • Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI and/or Tableau) required.
  • SQL experience preferred but not essential.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills required.
  • Experience in financial accounting and economics preferred.
  • Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis in a business setting preferred.
