About the Role

CCS is seeking a motivated Network Engineer with a solid IT background to design, implement, manage, and troubleshoot the organization’s network infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performance connectivity across various environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and deploy network solutions (LAN/WAN/WLAN, VPN, firewalls).
  • Monitor, verify, and provide IT support for switch and router interconnectivity, wireless connectivity, internet and internal network connectivity, remote site connectivity, and uplinks to VMware and SQL servers and storage.
  • Manage, update, and monitor security services (FTD Firewalls, ISE).
  • Manage Crown Castle circuits.
  • Manage remote site Internet services.
  • Provide network infrastructure engineering support for new installations.
  • Create network documentation and diagrams.
  • Project manage network infrastructure projects.
  • Implement network security measures including firewall policies, access controls, and VPNs.
  • Support network upgrades, patches, and firmware updates.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, diagrams, and procedures.
  • Provide tier-3 support for escalated network incidents.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in network engineering or administration.
  • Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, Network+, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF/BGP), and wireless technologies.
  • Proficiency with Cisco network platforms.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Clear communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
