About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Patient Care Coordinator to contribute to a positive, welcoming, and patient-focused dental practice. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth daily operations and an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily front office operations and patient flow
- Welcome patients and create an outstanding first impression
- Schedule appointments and maintain an efficient schedule
- Manage billing, accounts receivable, and insurance claims
- Communicate confidently with patients and the clinical team
- Help foster a positive, supportive, and collaborative office culture
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of dental administration experience
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance and scheduling
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A proactive multitasker with a positive attitude
- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and working as part of a team
