About the Role
The Mission Planning System Support Representative (SSR) is responsible for ensuring base/unit computers and associated equipment, software, and map data are updated and functioning appropriately to support USAF mission planning activities at Stratton ANGB. The SSR will support activities such as daily exercises, training missions, deployments, and real-world contingencies.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an IT environment within the Mission Planning organization.
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and systems problems.
- Manage communications, documentation, and testing until resolution.
- Optimize mission planning data.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and management.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must have an active Secret clearance.
