About the Role
Proclinical is seeking a Global Performance Coach to join their Learning & Development team. This role supports the growth and development of recruitment teams across Proclinical and R&D Partners by leading onboarding, delivering training, facilitating coaching, and partnering with leaders to improve performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver the global onboarding training experience for all new hires.
- Deliver the global recruitment training program across all levels of the business.
- Facilitate individual, group, and call coaching sessions to improve recruitment capability and performance.
- Support recruiters and leaders in identifying development opportunities through structured coaching and performance interventions.
- Build strong relationships with managers and senior stakeholders to identify learning and development needs.
- Design, develop, and facilitate engaging workshops using various learning methodologies.
- Create and implement bespoke development plans for employees, providing clear feedback.
- Use performance data and recruitment metrics to identify trends, measure training effectiveness, and recommend development solutions.
- Act as a champion for recruitment technologies to drive productivity, consistency, and best practice.
- Support the ongoing development and enhancement of the company's e-learning platform and digital learning content.
- Coach recruitment professionals on core recruitment skills including business development, client management, candidate engagement, sourcing strategies, and market expertise.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and high performance.
- Collaborate with global Learning & Development colleagues to ensure consistency, innovation, and excellence across all training programs.
Requirements
- Experience within Learning & Development, Training, or Performance Coaching role OR experience as a 360 recruiter with exposure to delivering training workshops and mentoring staff.
- Experience delivering engaging group training workshops and one-to-one coaching sessions.
- Proven ability to influence performance and drive behavioral change through coaching and development.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to partner with leaders at all levels.
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of how learning and development contributes to business performance.
- An interest in life sciences recruitment, or a desire to develop expertise within the sector.
- A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach with a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
