About the Role

As a working student in Service Delivery Support (SDS), you will support the team in the further development of data-driven processes and in the implementation of innovative digitalization and automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support in the creation and further development of Power BI evaluations and dashboards
• Participation in the implementation of automation solutions with Microsoft Power Automate
• Involvement in the development and application of AI use cases (e.g. Microsoft Copilot)
• Support in the analysis and identification of optimization potential in existing processes
• Further support of the team with operational activities as needed and capacity

Requirements

• Studies in Business Informatics or a comparable course of study
• Interest in data analysis, automation, and AI applications
• First contact with Power BI, Power Automate, or comparable tools is an advantage
• Structured, analytical, and independent way of working
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing (mandatory)
• English language skills are an advantage
