About the Role

The Solutions Architect will collaborate with Portfolio and Technology teams to develop solution designs and technology roadmaps. This role involves defining architecture artifacts, leading technical vision, and driving organizational change by introducing new patterns and technologies to improve business value.

Responsibilities

  • Design, define, and facilitate solution architecture leveraging enterprise capabilities.
  • Define and maintain technical architecture in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture.
  • Apply organizational standards and architectural principles to define infrastructure non-functional requirements.
  • Resolve complex infrastructure and development issues through high-quality design.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance organizational efficiency through innovative solutions.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Foster a high-performance culture within architecture and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with peers to design scalable solutions that accommodate future architectural changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in IT.
  • 4+ years of experience leading application modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence technical decisions across multiple teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Expertise in producing clear architecture artifacts.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience in financial, insurance, or similarly complex, regulated industries.
  • Leadership experience guiding cross-functional technology teams.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
