About the Role

Sales Partnerships, Inc. is seeking high-energy Outside Sales Representatives to promote GFiber's internet services to residents in Austin, Round Rock, and San Marcos. This door-to-door sales role involves connecting with residents, explaining service options, and guiding them through the purchase process. You will be employed by Sales Partnerships, Inc. and represent GFiber services as part of a contracted sales program.

Responsibilities

Visit assigned residential addresses where GFiber service is available
Introduce residents to GFiber internet plans
Explain service options clearly and answer customer questions
Guide interested customers through the purchase process
Follow up with prospective customers
Accurately record activity and outcomes in the CRM
Work assigned neighborhoods thoroughly and professionally
Participate in team kickoffs, coaching and ongoing training
Follow all customer privacy, safety and brand standards

Requirements

Previous door-to-door or sales experience preferred
Hospitality, retail, canvassing and customer-service experience welcomed
Bilingual English and Spanish skills preferred
At least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background and motor-vehicle-record check
Comfortable walking residential neighborhoods and working outdoors
Able to navigate stairs and carry approximately 10 to 15 pounds
Available Tuesday through Saturday, including evening hours
