About the Role

Warehouse Associates are skilled individuals who masterfully organize warehouse operations, including receiving and moving materials and products. Responsibilities

• Provide service to customers entering the warehouse.
• Receive, organize, and move incoming materials and load outgoing materials.
• Allocate and move material to its correct place and ensure an orderly warehouse.
• Maintain packing specifications and create suitable skids/pallets.
• Operate forklift and other company vehicles and equipment as trained.
• Attend and participate in all required company training programs.
• Perform minor building maintenance when necessary.
• Participate in weekly, monthly, and/or annual physical inventories.
• Maintain the appearance of the warehouse in a safe and orderly manner.
• Conform to all company policies, procedures, and OSHA standards.
• Maintain a high level of customer focus in producing quality products and services.
• Maintain a full understanding of all products by identification, weight, and size.
• Verify truck loads.
• Support company values in Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity, and being a Company of Choice.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Must be able to operate a forklift.
• Ability to lift up to 100lbs.
• Must be able to work 40 to 50 hours per week.
• Able to work outdoors - varying shifts.
• Maintain a basic knowledge of trucks, forklifts, and other equipment to determine necessary repairs.
• After receipt of conditional offer of employment, eligible candidates must be able to pass drug screen/physical/background check.
