About the Role
As an Associate Teacher at Aaron School, you will play a key role in helping students reach their full potential within a structured and inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head Teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons across core academic subjects
- Implement differentiated instruction and track student progress toward individualized learning goals
- Collaborate with teaching teams and school leadership to ensure aligned and effective instruction
- Apply behavior management strategies and maintain a structured, inclusive classroom environment
- Communicate with families and contribute to student reports, updates, and conferences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Education, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with families
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine passion for working with children
- Ability to stay organized, adaptable, and consistent in a dynamic classroom environment
