About the Role
Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. Monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter security incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Conduct routine rounds, report observations, and provide exceptional customer service and communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, entry points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report irregularities to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
- Document daily activities, patrols, incidents, and observations accurately in required logs and reports.
Requirements
- Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
