About the Role
Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education, and more. This role involves conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents, monitoring access points, and providing customer service to students, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and families by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus buildings, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, report unusual conditions, and support a welcoming learning environment.
- Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.
Requirements
- Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
