About the Role
This role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility to earn more by picking-up additional shifts. It is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, reporting suspicious activity, property concerns, and maintenance observations.
- Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, patrol observations, and security activities, and communicate relevant information to leadership and site contacts.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen.
- Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
