About the Role

Serve and safeguard clients in manufacturing & industrial industries. Monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication as part of an agile, reliable, and innovative team.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, escalating concerns as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouse spaces, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor credentials, and maintain accurate records.
• Report hazards, equipment concerns, and unusual conditions to appropriate contacts and leadership.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
