About the Role
This role is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables, requiring engagement across multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points, providing end-to-end visibility into deliverable health, and managing program risk and compliance. The role ensures delivery meets client expectations for functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.
Responsibilities
- Perform business analysis and/or define business and functional requirements for Gen AI based projects and deliverables
- Manage release/change management of Gen AI applications and services
- Plan and coordinate the execution of project/small program deliverables requiring engagement of multiple teams
- Communicate work objectives, coordinate delivery, and facilitate sync points across teams
- Provide end-to-end visibility into the health of deliverables
- Manage program risk and compliance to standards
- Ensure delivery meets client expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost
- Lead and coordinate routines to support delivery (e.g., kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates)
- Manage coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline
- Provide status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership regarding delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
- Work with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure execution aligns with deliverable requirements
- Support resource planning for delivery and execution
- Ensure adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of business analysis and project management experience
- 1 – 5 years of Release / Change management experience (ITSM, Release Manager, JIRA, PPRT etc.)
- Strong knowledge of AGILE methodology for software delivery
- Competence in Product Increment planning
- Experience in financial program management
- Strong collaboration and relationship management skills
- High sense of urgency with ability to drive results
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable turning ambiguity into a defined problem and potential resolution
- Ability to apply a logical approach to problem solving
- Able to apply strategic long-term thinking to local and immediate problems
- Demonstrated project/program management capability
- Experience of program/project management within a top-tier investment bank
- Experience of projects in Technology and comfort with technical terms/concepts
- Knowledge of Global Markets is desirable
