  • Work seamlessly across Prime Finance, Delta One, Equity Derivatives, and Equity Capital Markets to provide holistic solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for product cross-sell and ensure clients benefit from Citi's full suite of equity offerings.
  • Gather, synthesize, and disseminate market colour and client flow information to internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to desk strategy, positioning, and risk management discussions with a client-centric perspective.
  • Drive profitability through intelligent pricing, volume growth, and value-add execution.
  • Manage client P&L impact and align trading activity with commercial objectives.

Requirements

  • Extensive Equity Markets Experience in cash equities sales trading, agency trading, or execution services within a top-tier investment bank, with demonstrated success covering US institutional clients and executing in European and emerging markets.
  • Comprehensive understanding of cash equity products (common stocks, ADRs, GDRs, ETFs), market structure, and electronic trading platforms.
  • Strong familiarity with both developed and emerging market dynamics, regulations, and liquidity profiles.
  • Track record of building and managing relationships with sophisticated institutional investors.
  • Ability to understand client objectives, anticipate needs, and deliver tailored execution solutions.
  • Comfort working across Prime, Derivatives, Capital Markets, and Sales teams.
  • Ability to navigate complexity, share clients and ideas openly, and contribute to a culture of meritocracy and mutual support.
  • Strong quantitative skills and familiarity with trade execution analytics, TCA (Transaction Cost Analysis), and electronic trading tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex market views clearly, negotiate effectively, and influence both clients and internal stakeholders.
