About the Role
We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Insurance Sales Agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and wants the opportunity to grow their income and career. In this role, you’ll help clients protect what matters most while playing a key part in growing the agency’s book of business.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective and existing clients through proactive communication
- Quote, market, and present personalized insurance solutions
- Follow up on lost business, unsold quotes, inbound inquiries, and monoline accounts
- Identify opportunities to round out accounts and strengthen client protection
- Listen to client needs, ask thoughtful questions, and recommend coverage options
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity with consistency
- Work toward individual and agency sales goals
- Maintain accurate client and prospect information in agency systems
- Partner with teammates, account managers, and carrier partners to deliver a strong client experience
- Seek referrals, support client retention, and help build long-term agency relationships
Requirements
- Hold a Property & Casualty insurance license or be willing to obtain one
- Strong communication skills and enjoy connecting with people
- Competitive mindset and a desire to win
- Proactive, organized, and consistent with follow-up
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment
- Open to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement
- Demonstrate strong follow-through, accountability, and work ethic

- Competitive uncapped commission potential
- Opportunity to earn an estimated $125,000 by year three based on productivity
