About the Role

The Smilist is seeking a reliable, friendly, and motivated Dental Patient Coordinator to join their growing practice and contribute to their mission of providing high-quality dental care in a warm, welcoming, and professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer office phone and distribute calls or messages.
  • Check-in patients, including verifying insurance and confirming information.
  • Collect payments.
  • Communicate patient arrivals promptly.
  • Manage administrative records.
  • Ensure office success by getting patients into the office.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of proven experience as a Dental or Medical Receptionist is strongly preferred.
  • Prior Dentrix experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
