About the Role
The Smilist is seeking a reliable, friendly, and motivated Dental Patient Coordinator to join their growing practice and contribute to their mission of providing high-quality dental care in a warm, welcoming, and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer office phone and distribute calls or messages.
- Check-in patients, including verifying insurance and confirming information.
- Collect payments.
- Communicate patient arrivals promptly.
- Manage administrative records.
- Ensure office success by getting patients into the office.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Dental or Medical Receptionist is strongly preferred.
- Prior Dentrix experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
