About the Role

Responsibilities
- Initiate genuine conversation to engage with customers in a personalized way.
- Support a selling environment by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
- Provide a frictionless customer experience by utilizing technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items not available in store.
- Build productive relationships with peers, ask for support when needed, and help others.
- Participate in learning and sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities.
- Contribute to positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders.
- Provide insights related to customer and employee experience and communicate feedback to Store Leadership.
- Understand contribution to service and selling to positively impact store business KPIs.
- Support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, including new arrivals and restocks.
- Contribute to completion of omni order fulfillment processes while maintaining stock levels on the floor.
- Maintain Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
- Stay current on merchandising updates.
- Execute stock-to-sales processes and presentation standards.
- Be knowledgeable of trends and support brand messaging.
- Understand how the merchant process impacts business and the customer experience.
