About the Role
The Groundskeeper is responsible for the maintenance of the property, including but not limited to maintaining buildings, ensuring breezeways are free from trash and cobwebs, sweeping and/or blowing debris, replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings, walking the property monthly, pressure washing buildings, preparing market-ready units, cleaning common areas, model units and amenities, and maintaining the compactor area to be free from debris.
