About the Role

Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa is seeking a full-time Laundry Attendant to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences within a structured hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Sort dirty linen from laundry chute for processing.
• Pick up dirty linen from Food & Beverage Outlets/Banquets.
• Operate washers, dryers, ironers, and towel folders.
• Stack clean items into laundry bins/trucks for delivery to guest rooms or F&B areas.
• Operate smaller washers/dryers for specialty items or special guest requests.
• Maintain departmental cleanliness and organization.
• Adhere to safety and sanitization regulations.
• Assist in operating the tunnel.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand in workstation for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to push and pull carts up to 250 pounds often throughout the shift.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch on a regular basis.
• Ability to understand and follow directions in the spoken language of the work area.
• Ability to travel to various hotel areas to pick/deliver linen items within allotted time.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous tunnel or CBW experience preferred.
