About the Role
Canons High School seeks an energetic, resourceful, and flexible individual to maintain, oversee, and develop the Academy’s strategic and operational data and systems. This role includes leading the Cover Team, managing daily cover functions, and ensuring operational and safeguarding guidelines are met.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, oversee, and develop the Academy’s use of strategic and operational data and its systems for retrieval and recording.
- Lead the Cover Team and any supply or agency staff on-site.
- Manage cover functions on a daily basis.
- Ensure operational and safeguarding guidelines are met.
Requirements
- Must be able to start at 7 am for Cover.
- Offers of employment are subject to satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS Check.

- Term-time only (plus 2 weeks in August)
Salary/Compensations
- H6 £34,488 - £36,585 (pro rata £30,873 - £32,750)
- Starting salary £30,873 + £2,400 additional allowance
