About the Role
The Manager, Transformation Value Management will support the Transformation Value Management function by providing analytical insights, business case development, executive reporting, and portfolio analysis across SC&I's strategic transformation initiatives. This role partners with Product, Technology, Finance, Operations, and Strategy teams to help measure business outcomes, evaluate investment opportunities, and develop executive-ready recommendations that support enterprise decision-making. This role is ideal for a highly analytical and intellectually curious professional who enjoys solving complex business problems, working with senior leaders, and translating data into actionable insights.
