About the Role

The Assistant Building Manager functions as the front line for MAPP, assisting in all aspects of service delivery and supporting the Building Manager. This role is responsible for the Front of House function that gives the building personality and puts life and soul into everyday occupation for our guests. The right candidate will ensure the highest standards of management, maintenance, and service are maintained, with a focus on the management of hard/soft services, contractors, and occupier engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in all aspects of service delivery.
  • Support the Building Manager.
  • Manage the Front of House function.
  • Ensure the highest standards of management, maintenance, and service.

  • Manage occupier engagement.

Requirements

  • All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK by the start date of employment.
  • Experience of working in a similar role for 2 years.
  • Ideally experience of Riskwise, Proactis, Occupier portal.
  • IOSH Essential.

  • £40,000 - £42,000 per annum
