About the Role
As a Provider Relationship Manager, you will build referral partnerships with healthcare providers and medical groups across your territory. This is a highly visible, field-based role focused on growing relationships, expanding patient access to care, and driving market growth. You will spend 4–5 days per week in the field meeting with partners, managing your territory, and building long-term referral relationships.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with healthcare providers and medical practices
- Conduct in-person meetings and educational outreach
- Grow and manage a pipeline of referral partners
- Use Salesforce to track territory activity and opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally to improve referral experience and access to care
- Analyze referral trends and prioritize growth opportunities
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development or relationship-focused role
- Healthcare or provider-facing sales experience a plus but not required
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus
- Passion for healthcare and expanding access to mental health services
- This position is not currently eligible for visa sponsorship.
