About the Role

This role involves supporting the creation and ongoing development of monthly management reports, preparing financial and performance metrics, analyzing data, and deriving relevant insights. You will contribute to the development and optimization of dashboards in Power BI and other reporting tools, assist in automating reporting and controlling processes, and support the controlling team with daily operations and ad-hoc analyses.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Studies in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
Proficient in Excel.
Strong interest in numbers, data, and analytical questions.
Structured way of working and enjoyment in presenting complex topics understandably.
Affinity for automation, reporting, or data-driven decision-making.
Very good German language skills (at least C2 level) and good English language skills (at least B2 level).
