About the Role

The Line Maintenance Representative is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and modifications on aircraft and related equipment in compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and modifications on aircraft and components
  • Communicate effectively with all company departments
  • Travel for station coverage, training, and maintenance support
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Maintain availability for on-call duties
  • Assist Airport Planning/Properties with environmental and property issues
  • Manage station manuals, parts, and tooling inventory
  • Perform aircraft deicing, snow removal, and GSE maintenance as needed
  • Conduct regional travel to verify station compliance with FAA and QA audits
  • Train new team members on paperwork, MXI, and manuals

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver’s License with successful MVR background check
  • A&P License
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot aircraft systems
  • Proficiency in interpreting wiring diagrams and evaluating structural damage
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Ability to travel on company aircraft
  • Ability to stoop, bend, and manipulate tools in small spaces
  • Ability to work in adverse outdoor conditions
  • Ability to wear respirator and safety protective equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Ability to perform work at heights up to 60 ft
  • Ability to obtain a SIDA Badge
